What we do

"Papa, you make complicated things simple."  My oldest child said that to me while helping him buckle into the car.

While that quote was related to the complexity of child seat belts, it highlights Realize's operating philosophy.

We take the complex, technical language of real estate development and asset management, sometimes intentionally created to act as a barrier for ordinary folks, and serve as a bridge between the church and commercial real estate cultures.  We listen deeply to you, your context, and your community, and create simple next steps tailored to your community's needs and particular calling.

Who we serve

Realize serves mission oriented leaders who are tired of wasting most of their money on a half-empty building, and want to use those assets for ministry.

 We work with diverse, progressive, justice loving, congregations and regional bodies, who recognize the inherent dignity and worth of all people and seek to serve their broader community to make it a place of flourishing.  

We are happy to work with people or any and all faith traditions, knowing most of our experience is within mainline  Christianity.
