Who we are:
Rev. Peter Beeson, Founder
Peter Beeson is a real estate development practitioner and ELCA pastor with experience in using church owned real estate for social and community good. He’s led multiple congregations through making the paradigm shift to view their real estate as an asset, rather than a burden, including a decision to tear down an existing sanctuary and build a ten story high-rise with 100+ units of affordable housing plus worship and community space in the Midwest. He holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from Iowa State University and a Masters of Divinity from the Berkeley School of Theology.
Rev. Keats Miles-Wallace, Co-Founder, Communications
The Rev. Keats Miles-Wallace is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (M.Div, 2018) in Berkeley, California and Texas Lutheran University (B.B.A., 2014). They serve as Pastor with Technicolor Ministries of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), a ministry centering the experience and faith of LGBTQIA2S+ people and those who love them. They also work in legislative policy consulting with Texas Impact. Keats is an accomplished speaker, teacher, theologian, and ghost writer.
